We offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING for all Orders, no minimum!


Australia:  1-3 weeks

New Zealand, USA, Canada: 2-4 weeks (generally less)

United Kingdom & Europe: 2-6 weeks maximum (generally less)
Rest of the world: Up to 3-6 weeks

Our products comes from many sources and suppliers - U.S.A, Singapore and China and are shipped directly from our manufacturers warehouse. Therefore, shipping times will be varied depending on where you live. This enables us to offer competitive prices and free shipping.  Please allow a 2-5 day processing time for your order
Time Frame 
As with everything in life, the delivery time of your order is contextual. Depending on where you are in the world, how quickly your order is processed, shipped, and how efficient your local post office is will all determine when you will receive your product. Thus the aforementioned time frame is not set in stone and sometimes you may receive your item within a week, or it could take slightly longer. Any time frame longer than the below mentioned Estimated Shipping Times are very rare occurrences as we do put major focus on ensuring the fastest order processing possible. However in the rare case that your order takes 60 working days or more from the day you ordered it, we will happily offer you a full refund. Prior to 60 days please contact us so we can look into your parcels current status.


Why did I only receive part of my order?
If you ordered multiple items they may be dispatched separately. Since we source our products from multiple suppliers may receive your items in separate packages, but rest assured, they are on their way!

Why was I sent multiple tracking numbers?
If you ordered multiple products, please note that you may receive several packages as they are shipping from different locations.

When will I receive a tracking confirmation?
Generally within a week of your order being fulfilled (shipped), you will receive notification of your tracking number.
